My passion has always been people. I'm an engaging and energetic coach who is passionate about helping people press toward and realize their true potential. I have has a proven track record of working with and developing people, teams, and businesses.
As a strategic thinker and problem solver, I believe that the most successful, fulfilled people have made learning and growth a life-long pursuit.
As an enthusiastic coach with an intuitive and systematic coaching process, I help spark possibility, ignite creativity, and unleash potential in my clients.
I am an active member of the coaching community and have served with and for a number of community-based entrepreneur programs.
I have joined the Emergency Management Logistics Canada team in the role of business development consultation and support. EML Canada is a pan-Canadian, Alberta-based business with a focus to serve the emergency management sector from coast to coast to coast.
Together with my wife Melanie, we have provided customized CRM software solutions and an online coaching program designed to serve the Body-Liner brand and Body-Liner dealers.
As a business coach within these programs, I walked alongside entrepreneurs who had great business ideas but struggled with the ins and outs of starting and running a business.
I have helped set entrepreneurs on a growth path to withstand challenging economic conditions and become economically viable.
Using John Maxwell’s proven professional growth and development principles, I walk my clients through a process that increases their awareness of the patterns of thinking that have produced their present results.
I enjoy life in central Alberta with my wife Melanie, our three adult children, our daughter-in-law, and our two grandchildren.
On any given week, you could find me coaching one-to-one with a client, training a team or equipping a small business owner with my technology tool, Follow Drip. When I'm not helping people, you can find me fly fishing in a mountain stream or out on my motorcycle.
Whether at work or at play, I'm full of ideas and vision and live life to the full.

Dave has been practicing yoga for 12 years, and teaching in San Diego for over 10 years. Bikram says that it takes 10 years for one to become a true Bikram Yoga Teacher and Dave is there... Dave`s great personality, sense of humor, and way with words make those 90 minutes in the hot room seem like a piece of cake.

Nelia has been practicing Yang - style Tai Chi for over 10 years. She trained one - on - one from 2002 to 2007 with Howard Tseng, a certified Tai Chi master in Taiwan and in California(San Francisco Bay Area). She was a teaching assistant to Howard for about a year in 2007 and 2008 before moving to San Diego.

Yoga found Richard in the late 90s and he has explored and enjoyed various styles of yoga in the years since then. He holds a degree in anthropology and yoga allows him to blend his interest in the broad range of human experience with his love for physical movement. His classes incorporate his formal training in Anusara.
